Should these lyrics be on Wikipedia? I don't recall it being normal practice to put lyrics on Wikipedia, and if I recall, you run into potential copyright problems if you do.

Does anyone know which member(s) of the collaboration wrote the track? Alanlastufka 14:31, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

Those lyrics don't sound right... Here are the actual ones from a couple different websites (there are some tiny differences, but it's mostly the same, so I'll just use whichever set sounds more accurate to me). I'm gonna change em, if that's alright, though i understand how difficult it is to provide lyrics for songs. Here are my sources:

YouTube video

I'm not sure if the YouTube video is a copyright violation; it's on Cobra Starship's Myspace page. It seems like they approve of it, and it can thus be linked to.

The uploader to YouTube was almost certainly not the copyright holder, so it is copyright infringement, just as the vast majority of videos on YouTube are.--SB | T 14:34, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

Both. I had seen it on a forum posting and then verified it for myself, as I actually have that trade paperback. I had originally posted it in the 100 Bullets page. Unfortunately, since the post was from a forum and not an ordinarily valid reference, I didn't cite my reference. I was somewhat tempted to create an image comparing a scan of the back of the trade with a screen capture from the video, but as it's just a trivia tidbit, I didn't think it really warranted it. The Title

My request for a citation justifying a move to Bring It (Snakes on a Plane) having been unanswered for over two weeks, I have gone ahead and moved the article back to Snakes on a Plane (Bring It), which seems to be the title listed on the movie soundtrack and other sources. There are many online sources that list the song title as "Bring It (Snakes on a Plane)" such as Cobra Starship's MySpace page as well as the Fueled by Ramen online store. --=frontside= 19:40, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

Well it looks like we've got ourselves a dilly of a pickle. Amazon.com lists the song as "Snakes on a Plane (Bring It)" in the track listing for the Snakes on a Plane: The Album, but as "Bring It (Snakes on a Plane)" in the track listing for While the City Sleeps, We Rule the Streets. I recommend we keep the former title, which Amazon.com shows as the title for the single. Also, "snakes on a plane bring it" in quotes gets 90,500 Google hits, while "bring it snakes on a plane" in quotes gets 603. It looks like Cobra Starship decided to change the title for its album. When the video was shown on MTV, the title was absolutely "SoaP{BI}". But that's all I know (well, I also know that I love this song, even though I'm pretty sure it's actually terrible, but that's highly unrelated). -- Kicking222 13:30, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

I think the Google hits show that Snakes on a Plane (Bring It) is the "bigger" version, though I also think we can use the other way around when referring to the track on the Cobra Starship album. --Maxamegalon2000 00:39, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

Not really HNL

I didn't see the movie so I don't know if the airport set in the music video matches what was shown in the movie, but it certainly doesn't look like any part of the real Honolulu International Airport that I've been to. Which is pretty much the entire terminal area in my dozens of times passing through the airport.
