NPOV[edit]

Tone[edit]

Does anyone else think this article is too condescending and assumes the reader is totally clueless? Instead of providing encyclopedic information I get more the impression that I'm being lectured on proper usage of an EQ. -- œ 21:49, 1 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Condescending[edit]

Yes, I found this page to be comical or satirical - as if Wikipedia has a sense of humour. I am a sound engineer. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 60.242.239.119 (talk) 12:03, 21 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Added NPOV flag[edit]

This article is condescending and biased, and therefore I've flagged it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.56.37.254 (talk) 21:33, 8 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Removed NPOV tag[edit]

I have reviewed changes in the years since the NPOV tag was added. There have been some changes to improve things.

Reviewing the article text, I'm not picking up any serious issues. The topic seems to be handled carefully with copious citations.

I suspect that just the name "Smiley face curve" is enough to set some readers off. I guess we could rename it Mid scoop but I'm not sure that satisfies WP:COMMONNAME.

I am boldly removing the tag. ~Kvng (talk) 19:00, 30 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
