converting lists to text: make complete sentences, check grammar[edit]

I think two or three students need to double-check the grammar of each section. For example, look at this:

The services that the Programa Nacional de Franquicias (Exemption National Program) offers to PyMES are: commercialization, consultancy and financing. Likewise, with it, they approach, to the entrepreneurs, MIPyMES and owners of exemptions, to give them supports that offer the opportunity to: Start a new business taking advantage of the experience of an exemption. Develop and to transfer models of successful exemptions. To stimulate successful business to turn them into exemptions. To develop new exemptions. To support the consolidation of the existing exemptions. Export models of Mexican exemptions. Models of exemptions Commercialize. To strengthen the positioning of the brand of the existing exemptions. To realize the reengineering of existing models of exemptions

Those last few things that look like sentences actually are not sentences. They are phrases – some are noun phrases and some are prepositional phrases. For example, "To realize the reengineering of existing models of exemptions" is a prepositional phrase, not a sentence.

Also, all Spanish words and phrases should be italicized. I did several examples for you.
There were a few parts that I just didn't understand, such as "'It' 'modernizes'", "he consultants' formation 'M'" and a few others.

PyMEs in Mexico section[edit]

I did some rewording and condensing in this section. One thing that is lacking here is further discussion of the two kinds of small businesses in Mexico (family vs small corporations). I left this sentence separate, but it needs to be developed into a paragraph. You should give some kind of historical perspective as to how these have operative traditionally in the Mexican economy.Thelmadatter (talk) 16:27, 27 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
