Etymology of "Slony"[edit]

I have not been able to discover where the name Slony-I (or even just "Slony") comes from. Perhaps I'd need to read the entire manual. But my interest is simply casual and in passing, though the curiosity is getting to me. Can someone who knows, add the answer to this question to the Slony-I wikipedia entry? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.181.69.119 (talk)

It comes from the Russian language word "слоны" which stands for "elephants"; I've updated the article. -- intgr [talk] 13:19, 3 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
