note on pronunciation[edit]

very few people pronounce this strictly SHOE-swap with a clear 's' most often it's slurred like "SHOE-shwap" or somewhere between "s" and "sh".....Skookum1 (talk) 12:59, 4 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
