Darwin's Oak[edit]

The "Darwin's Oak" name is well documented in sources from this year, but I can't find any info on it prior to that. The Woodland Trust have a page about it here:

I am not sure if the name is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia as it seems to have just been created recently for protesting purposes. I may as well note here as well that I am very much anti-road and am hoping this project gets scrapped. NemesisAT (talk) 15:38, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yep totally a recent naming by the anti road lobby. The woodland trust record is an anonymous user added record and of no value Lyndaship (talk) 15:51, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. It reminds me of the Jones' Hill Wood where I couldn't find any connections to Roald Dahl documented before the existence of High Speed 2. NemesisAT (talk) 16:17, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
