Like the paper you didn't study for, needing 100 words[edit]

I cleaned up half of the "Peacock" POV fansite page here. It reminded me, with no references, of the paper that one is asked to write in 100 words or more, and someone just going on and on saying the same thing over and over in different words to fill up the space without saying anything more than

"Shirley Childress Saxton, a lifelong resident of Washington, D.C. was born to deaf parents, and thus, aside from knowing ASL, studied and was certified in it. She has contributed to the deaf community by interpreting the songs of Sweet Honey in the Rock, an all-woman African American a cappella group which has gained worldwide attention and a solid fan base over the past 3 decades, earning awards in doing so."

Something like that. Anyway, I got a wonderful photo of them performing and apparently someone else did too. --leahtwosaints (talk) 05:02, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry- I meant we have photos of Sweet Honey in the Rock performing, but we still need one of Shirley Childress Saxton.--leahtwosaints (talk) 23:19, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
