Sharknado 3[edit]

user:Mike Searson has been reverting my edits regarding a third sequel, citing a Fox News interview with one of the actors. The fact is, the cited article does not confirm that a sequel will even be made: merely that, according to the actor, the project has been green lit 'if the numbers come back for “Sharknado 2” in the 18-49 demographic' - i.e. subject to ticket returns. Further, there is no confirmation in that interview as to when such a film will be completed, let alone whether it will be ready for release in 2015 - merely that such films are quick to make and that the intention would be to release them every summer. ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 13:37, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Snakes on a Plane reference?[edit]

The first five minutes are highly indicative, in how they're shot, that the airplane sequence not only pokes fun at Airplane!, but also mocks Snakes on a Plane. Can anyone confirm that this was an intention of the crew?
