Really SOA?[edit]
What's the relation of SIMM to either IT service management or SOA? I don't think it can be both, theyre really different things.
This article says "Service-oriented architecture", a technical architecture. As I know this, it's about the management aspect of "services" instead. Viam Ferream (talk) 10:13, 15 January 2016 (UTC)
