I added a quick link harvest, but didn't entirely read what I found. MaxEnt 20:28, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for expanding the article, but the "proprietary" axe-grinding is unwarranted. Some of the text is also a little informa/chatty. I'll see about tidying it up. --88.110.235.235 00:46, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

BAD LINK to 'Intel Desktop Board DG965RY Technical Product Specification.pdf' currently. Pdf opens at: http://downloadmirror.intel.com/15056/eng/DG965RY_TechProdSpec.pdf Intel page at: http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/dg965ry/sb/CS-029365.htm SVDO-ADD2 expansion card:http://image0.euroffice.co.uk/image/HPIntel-DVI-ADD2-SDVO-Adapter-Graphics-Card---DY674A-AAD769-h0.jpg

The SDVO full length PCI-E x16 slot is colored white to distinguish from standard (black) and has printed on the motherboard: "ADD2 SUPPORT ONLY". This is the case for the HP Compaq dc5700 motherboard at least. Many HP models support both ADD2 and regular video cards.
