An image used in this article, File:Sara-khan123.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

To take part in any discussion, or to review a more detailed deletion rationale please visit the relevant image page (File:Sara-khan123.jpg)

Disambiguation needed[edit]

I think we need a disambiguation page with references to Sara Khan (actress) (for content of the current page) and Sara Khan (women's rights activist) (or something similar). The latter Sara Khan is the founder of Inspire. --ChristopheS (talk) 17:51, 16 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation pages and hatnotes are used as a navigation aid to differentiate between similarly named Wikipedia articles. As there is no article for the women's rights activist by the same name, there is nothing to disambiguate. If the activist meets notability criteria and an article is created, a hatnote could be placed on each page pointing back to each other. Disambiguation pages are generally not created until there are three or more articles that require differentiation.--Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 23:31, 19 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the move request was: alternative move per Necrothesp. -- JHunterJ (talk) 13:10, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

– the reason is because the other actress Sara Khan (film actress) has done more television and only one film so it doesn’t make her a film actress completely. To reduce confusion we should move this as well as the other. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2a01:4c8:a2:7e3b:4d2c:6059:8a71:b306 (talk) 08:36, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Note: Sara Khan titles a dab page with significant content and so is ineligible as a "new" title to be moved to unless it is also requested to be renamed. This request has been altered to reflect that fact. P.I. Ellsworth  ed. put'r there 10:27, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose no overwhelming Sara Khan in world history. And 3 actresses all roughly the same same age and all called Sara not Sarah sometimes. In ictu oculi (talk) 18:26, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

They are also going to change the Sara Khan to Sara Khan (disambiguation) so why are you saying no without a proper and valid explanation like I have. In ictu oculi — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A01:4C8:B4:5056:9829:5583:71CD:591E (talk) 15:23, 25 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
