Some notes:

  • Is Your Chicken Safe From Salmonella? (2009) - found that 20% of packages of chicken (post-processing) and 54% of ground chicken tested positive for salmonella; suggests that the number is higher than USDA due to testing post-processing. II | (t - c) 17:25, 18 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
