He does not look notable to me. Searches I ran show that he writes a lot of letters-to-the-editor and posts on some web venues. An AfD makes sense and is the best way to invite more editors to search for notability.E.M.Gregory (talk) 11:55, 9 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
