Changes made to the rehabilitation section reek of Wikipedia:Recentism and practically ignore the fact that the since the county take over of the southern portion various work has taken place and that its reconstruction is a long term multi-year project, giving undue weight to 2011 funding without sufficient context and focusing on issues that while relevant are peripheral to the article's subject. To avoid information becoming OUTDATED it would be better written without details based on a recent event OR give due weight to previous ones so that a long term view is presented.
