Moving article to from "Saint Luke's Hospital (Kansas City, Missouri)" to "Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City"[edit]

I'm going to move the article because the actual, full name of the hospital is "Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City" and there other hospitals in the same network with the "Saint Luke's" (such as "Saint Luke's North Hospital-Barry Road" that are technically in Kansas City, Missouri.
