Use of NPOV and Accurate Descriptions

I just had my edit which was to change the term "Neo-Nazi" to "White Nationalist" backed out by some editor, who sent me a nice little note, I guess. Saga identifies herself as a White Nationalist. The term "neo-Nazi" is a scare term.

Aren't we supposed to have NPOV in these articles? But that seems to only apply in some cases.

Pathetic, really. It's quite sickening to see the level of control one certain group with one certain ideology have asserted, including all sorts of weird thought-police like messages.

Improving Aricle

I will improve on the article, but will not associate my improvments with my wikipedia account. In other words, I wish to remain anonymous using only my IP address for identification.

Secondly, the reason a google search returns little is because you are not searching correctly. Of course merely searching the word "Saga" in Google will return very little. Categories

I removed the "Holocaust denier" category tag. If there is a source to indicate its a valid category, than that source should be listed. Otherwise, it appears to be erroneous. Saga Should Stay

According to the criteria listed in Wikipedia:Notability (music), Saga is safe because of two particular clauses.

Criteria for musicians and ensembles

1. It has been the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent from the musician/ensemble itself and reliable.
   • This criterion includes published works in all forms, such as newspaper articles, books, magazine articles, and television documentaries except for the following:
     • Media reprints of press releases, other publications where the musician/ensemble talks about themselves, and advertising for the musician/ensemble.
     • Works comprising merely trivial coverage, such as newspaper articles that simply report performance dates or the publications of contact and booking details in directories.

Saga has been the subject of many works independent of her and her publisher, including the Discovery Times interview.

5. Is frequently covered in publications devoted to a notable sub-culture.

I don't see the POV issue. Clearly she is pro-white and proud of it; this seems to be pretty clearly racist and controversial. If there were some more pro Saga references that could be cited, we could probably present a more pro Saga article. --Kevin Murray 01:19, 17 June 2007 (UTC)

Regarding the POV:

I just wanted to take a second to point out what a bunch of anti-white hypocrites the writers of this article are. The VERY FIRST thing you say about this artist is "She's a white nationalist." Really? Does she identify herself as that? Funny you couldn't find a citation for her saying that. The article goes on to say "She's racist. She's racist. Nazis like her. She's racist. Oh, and she's racist."

What does that have to do with anything besides the fact that you personally think she should be gassed for holding an opinion that differs from yours?

What you mean to say is, "I, the author, think she's racist and my opinion should count as a fact, and I heard some Nazis listened to her once so that proves it. Oh, and here are a few out-of-context quotes that prove she's part of an evil, secret, Nazi conspiracy to make white people value their own race."
