WHy is there a section on bands adn then other bands?

I agree, this seems very odd. I'd vote they be merged unless the original author can explain why they're done in this manner.

They seem to be bands no longer on the label, so I labelled them as such. Elvrum 19:55, 29 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I added a discography section, it still is incomplete, help is welcome. Machina82 11:57, 10 Auguss 2006 (UTC)

Vinyl & MP3 Download[edit]

Releases #94 and #99 LP's both include a 'ticket' to allow for MP3 download of album from Saddle Creek website. Perhaps include this in the discography?, as you are effectively getting 2 formats for price of 1 (LP & MP3). I don't know of any other SC releases that have this, but it looks like something they may continue to do... and it's great for ipod owning vinyl lovers.

LBJ-92 was the same... Saddle Creek calls it "Digital Vinyl". LBJ-92 and LBJ-99 both came with bonus tracks on the LP releases. LBJ-94 came with a code for a bonus MP3 download. RobLinwood 01:29, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Confusing Statement?[edit]

"On online music services, the record label does not allow full song streaming on demand."
I'm not sure what this actually means?, where this information comes from?, or the reasoning behind it?. Saddle Creek offer plenty of streaming from their own web site, so do they place restrictions on streaming through other services? --born against 11:49, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, this is overly vague and doesn't serve much purpose. Moonty 20:33, 13 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I also agree, and removed it RobLinwood 01:26, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bands[edit]

I'm pretty sure Neva Dinova isn't on Saddle Creek records, but I can't verify this. I know they were on CRANK! and Sidecho Records, but I can't verify what label they are on now.

Neva Dinova is listed on the roster at [1]. Moonty 15:05, 14 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm pretty sure Elliott Smith never did anything with Saddle Creek.

1993[edit]

Did Conor Oberst start this label when he was 13 years old? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.21.208.45 (talk) 07:17, 17 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
