Reference redo[edit]

I've converted the odd and unwieldy reference list to <ref>...</ref> format. I've replaced the incomplete refs with cite needed. Seems the original wikiauthor has left the building and is unlikely to return to finish their work and fix things (no activity since July 2013). Vsmith (talk) 16:30, 4 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
