I've cancelled the redirect to USS De Kalb and opened ths page on PEF as I believe this ship is better known by this title; however I want to avoid a long sterile argument about moving the page from one title to the other. The ship had two separate incarnations, so two pages seems a reasonable solution. It also makes more sense of the categories, sources and external links, which are different for both "lives".
