Ryan Shorthouse founded the leading liberal conservative think-tank in the UK, a think-tank that is currently growing and becoming increasingly influential. He is also a frequent commentator in the press on centre-right political issues. I believe he meets the guidelines for a person who should have a wikipedia page, and the text of his page does not plagiarise and is well referenced.
Seems like PR/adopting perspective[edit]
