It gives his full name as Rufino Raul Díaz y Paloma. The image says that he was a baseball player coming to fulfil a contract, although it talks about Virginia rather than New York.

This one is for a Rufino Raul Díaz Palomo, born 30 July 1921. He has an address in New Jersey, according to the image.
