The sources say she died in 1978, not 1981, which is correct?--Jackyd101 (talk) 16:48, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The Hall of Fame biography does seem to say that, but I think it means that the fields were dedicated in that year because the NYT article seems pretty clear that the date of death is in 1981 so that is what I indicated.
