Unexplained removal[edit]

Some sourced information in this article has been deleted a number of times by unregistered IP accounts. It reads:

Lawsuit needs update[edit]

The info about the lawsuit is all about its initial filing, back in 2008. I can't find anything else about it. It's been a long time, so surely it's been resolved. I imagine that, as there seems to be no further coverage, it either was dismissed or was settled quietly.
