Removing the word "reportedly"[edit]

Since the deal between Sumitomo Dainippon and Roivant closed on December 30, 2019, I am requesting that the word "reportedly" be removed from the last sentence in the Subsidiaries section where it says "In October 2019, Roivant agreed to sell five of its subsidiaries, Myovant, Urovant, Enzyvant, Altavant and Spirovant — in addition to a greater than 10% share in itself — to Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma, reportedly for US$3 billion dollars." Coverage of the deal can be found here and here and here. Thank you for your consideration, FinalFrontier.003 (talk) 09:58, 5 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Readability and Promotional language[edit]

It's hard to even tell what this company does with this language, full of jargon and overly promotional language. Does anyone have any info on what pharmaceuticals they sell? This currently reads like an investor report. Marleeashton (talk) 09:16, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
