Robin Schulz remixes[edit]

I moved "Prayer in C" and "Waves" over as they are remixes not his own Singles. Further more you can't say by putting them in to a table titled "remixes" changes that the chart positions are credited to Robin Schulz as having them on the discography already does. Also the chart positions of the remixes are because of Robin Schulz as the remixes got the chart positions they did because of Robin Schulz remixing them - The original version did not get those chart positions! Also not having a remix table neglets the fact that he has over remixes as well that didn't chart or chart as well. Finally, how is it a "formatting mess"?. The singles are in a table, and remixes are put in tables for other artists, so why not this one? Mn1548 (talk) 16:04, 14 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Mn1548: He receives equal credit on "Prayer in C" (check out the cover art on that article—"Lilly Wood and the Prick AND Robin Schulz"). Also, what other discographies do with remixes does not mean is right or should be done here. It was a formatting mess before you closed the table; I reverted before I saw you added the end of the wikitable there. I also thought you had added chart positions for songs other than "Prayer in C" and "Waves" to Robin Schulz' remix of the track that the original actually achieved, which I later saw you had not done—so I was wrong on that one. I have restored a version of the table. I think it would be controversial to move "Waves" and "Prayer in C" out of the main singles table as they have been there for quite a while; this should be discussed. @Ss112:Well should "Waves" and "Prayer in C" be moved to the remix table, as after all they are remxes by Robin Schulz and therefore different to his own singles. Mn1548 (talk)

@Mn1548: But as I just pointed out, "Prayer in C" actually credits Robin Schulz (the single cover says "Lilly Wood and the Prick & Robin Schulz" as well as saying "Robin Schulz Remix". Also, no need to ping me, the page is on my watchlist. Ss 112 19:14, 18 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Mn1548: One of your points was that Schulz was not credited on the track(s) but that he merely remixed them. I'm pointing out he received equal credit on "Prayer in C". Maybe not on the original, but on the remix he was. That makes it one of his tracks and not just a remix. Ss 112 19:31, 18 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Technically, it's still a remix. However if Lilly Wood & The Prick contributed in the recording of the new version then technically it would be both. Going back to "Waves", Robin Schulz doesn't receive equal credit and is credited "Robin Schulz remix". Mn1548 (talk) 17:58, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
