Is Robin Garrell removing edits?[edit]

It seems that Robin Garrell is removing edits about faculty efforts to remove her. Is Wikipedia propaganda for failed academics or is it supposed to reflect truth 2603:7000:6303:3457:B587:D717:11CC:688 (talk) 23:27, 3 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This is an encyclopedia, not a place to pursue or publicize a campus effort. A google doc is not a sufficient source. Until this is covered in reliable independent sources this effort does not have a place in the article. Repeated attempts to add this without appropriate sources can result in blocks. The professional union at the Graduate Center has published their endorsement of the letter, which has been signed by over 600 members of the Graduate Center community, including executive officers, prominent faculty, and program heads. Dr. Garrell has called a community meeting for today (12/6/2022), presumably to address the letter, as well. Does this make mention of the letter sufficiently notable for inclusion in this article?

No. What is needed are reliable sources independent of the participants in the controversy. Wait until outside news sources cover this. See Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons#Reliable sources. This is an encyclopedia, not a daily newspaper. Best to wait until the controversy is all over and is summarized fairly for both sides by completely independent sources.
