Proposed Deletion[edit]

I understand that an article of this name was deleted 10 years ago. I don't know what the quality of that article was 10 years ago but please look at the quality of this article. This article is by no means promoting a company or an idea. This is a biography purely based on facts that I have been provided with my sources. Yes i know i can improve my references and site more sources to make this information credible. I've spent almost 8 hours on this article and I'm new to Wikipedia also, please give me a chance to make this article better instead of letting someone delete it. We have a process for new users to create articles. It's called WP:AFC. Influence or importance as you, I, or anyone else perceives it is not what determines whether a subject has an article. Notability, or how much has been written about a subject in reliable independent sources determines that.

Your comment above raises an important question. You state you have been provided sources by someone. Are you being compensated in any way for writing this article? What is your connection with the subject of the article?

This article can be moved to Draft space so it is out of risk for deletion if you like. However, I am unwilling to do so until you answer my questions above. Hi John, maybe you misunderstood the meaning when i used the word someone. I first of all edit articles on wikipedia out of my own free will and my own free time. If i hadn't written these articles, no one in 10 years would write these articles. It takes so much time and effort to research and write this stuff especially accurately, in an organized manner and following all the rules/regulations of wikipedia. This guy is dead. Nor do i know him or have any connections with him or family. I'm a student who writes articles because I believe in providing free education to everyone out there. Someone should not have to pay money to buy a book or spend money on article to read about this guy. So to answer your question no John I do not get paid to write articles on Wikipedia.

To answer your second question, yes i've been here for 10 years but i only actively using/writing articles in past 2 years or so. I still make a lot of mistakes and nowhere near perfect. But each day I learn different things about Wikipedia and learn how to make myself better. There have been lot of people in this community who've helped me become a better writer. There's also a lot of people who downright blamed me for the mistakes and offered no chance of reprieve. I assure you that I'm in no way trying to do this for money or lying in any way. Everything that I do on Wikipedia is out of my will and 100% hard work. If you'd be happy, I can quit Wikipedia today and never write a single article. It may satisfy you to get another annoying stupid person off of Wikipedia but I'm sure that you're robbing everyone who reads Wikipedia bout potential of so much future knowledge to be shared on this platform.
