Comments from AFC[edit]

Comments from AFC: The problem is that the article is a promotional press release for him. First, check that none of it is copied from any other source--even if it is a U Sgovernment source, exact attribution must be given, and government official bios are not usually suitable WP articles. . Second, verify all the claims--I removed a particularly absurd one. Third , remove every adjective of praise or quality , and every meaningly puff word like "recognized" -- such things need to be shown by the material, not just stated. Fourth, give the basic bio at the beginning ,not the end.-- press releases put wha tthey consider trivial things like academic degrees at the end; `encyclopedia articles are written chronologically. Fifth, remove the Dr. -- we just use last name. Sixth, focus on the key awards and the key accomplishments, not everything. Then ,try to submit again. AFC comment: Heavily promotional and what we only need instead is claims of significance his position is that of a state-level, government-level or similar to suggest it's significant and also, considered a significant figure in his field along with the relevant evidence for it. Additional improvements to emphasize any of this are certainly welcome. SwisterTwister talk 04:30, 10 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup[edit]

Subject is notable but NPR should check this over carefully for unjustified claims and copyvio from the numeroos sources. It may be a paid piece of work. Legacypac (talk) 01:31, 26 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
