"It's because they couldn't use Rudolph's name at all, not even to mention that Robbie was his son."

But why? Hopefully Rudolph isn't still under some kind of copyright. Was it a fictional plot element that prevented Rudolph's name from being spoken? The article lacks sufficient context for those unfamiliar with the subject matter. CanadianCaesar 23:01, 18 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, I was wondering the same thing. Someone who knows more about this subject needs to clear this up and add to the article.

It's quite likely that Rudolph is still copyright, having been created after 1923. The stifling of Rudolph's name is implied as a joke that it wasn't possible to get copyright permission, but not explicitly stated (as this would break the fourth wall.AlmostReadytoFly 19:30, 19 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Shortening[edit]

I don't think the entire plot needs to be given in detail, and will summarise. AlmostReadytoFly 23:43, 10 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

3rd episode CGI not claymation?[edit]

I'm pretty sure the 3rd episode was CGI, not claymation. Hopefully someone can find a ref for this. Adpete (talk) 04:20, 5 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
