Flow / discharge - ref needed[edit]

We need a reference (and a fact check) on the below; it is possible, given the strength of flow from the underground channels, and my own observations of the outflow to the lake, but the link is dead, and the archive link does not seem to support the stated figure:

and has a mean flow rate of at discharge of 37.6 m³/s^[1]
