Million dollar insurance policy means the insurance scam wasn't over a $1.5 million insurance policy. This needs to be cleaned up. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.176.201.122 (talk) 01:33, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Rename article[edit]

This article is not a biographic article of Richard Boggs, but one about the murder complot. So it must be renamed into Henry Greene murder complot or whatever this case is most commonly referred to.

"Hanson-Hawkins" appears in a comment in the section under the one you are reading. Obviously, the Richard Boggs article as it now stands has practically nothing about him before the Ellis Greene murder came up. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.20 (talk) 19:18, 11 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

TV programs about this case[edit]

Forensic Files "Mistaken for Dead"; Blood, Lies & Alibis "Doctor of Death"

and there is a movie I can't place

This case is sometimes referred as Hanson-Hawkins insurance scam. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.20 (talk) 19:16, 11 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

and what about fingerprint (thumb print?)[edit]

The Forensic Files episode ("Mistaken for Dead") points out that insurance investigator(s) found a print mismatch. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.20 (talk) 17:21, 12 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

(The comparison was done between thumbprint on Hanson's driver's license [California] and the thumbprint taken at the morgue. They didn't match because the one at the morgue was actually from the body of Ellis Greene. In re-reading the article, I think that's accounted for in different words.)

Hawkins' sentence[edit]

I find:

"Hawkins was convicted of conspiracy to murder and a maximum of 25 years in prison."

But in the "Mistaken for Dead" episode (Forensic Files), I am hearing of "25 years to life". Please resolve. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.47 (talk) 22:25, 24 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
