Original LP cover art?[edit]

I have not been able to find a good reference to / copy of the original LP album cover art for this recording. Is the TKO Magnum Meteor CD cover art the same as that used for the original LP release? If anyone has information on the cover artwork used for original vinyl LP (distributed by Amway in the U.S.) I hope he/she will provide that info here - or better, directly in the article (with citation).
