The "Further Reading" link brings up a pdf file which looks like a Powerpoint presentation to accompany a lecture. In other words, a series of headlines and keywords with no real information or context. It would be much more useful if somebody could find an article explaining in detail how RSC actually works. Srestore[edit]

I feel that a link to the freely available (not just to the BBC) and flexible Srestore processor should be incorporated into the notes or 'see also' section. Srestore works very well on a range of standards converted material. It takes a full rate deinterlaced clip (50 or 60 fps) as an input and attempts to restore the original, unblended frames at the rate of the original footage, which must be exactly specified by the user.
