Maine[edit]

I think Maine has a red flag law but it’s different then in other states — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.173.76.19 (talk) 09:53, 17 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Wyoming now has Anti-Red Flag law like Oklahoma.[edit]

Here is my source for Wyoming signing Anti-Red Flag law into law, but I don't know how to update the map. Help?[1] 47.197.102.13 (talk) 09:58, 24 March 2024 (UTC) 47.197.102.13[reply]

Maine's Yellow Flag Law on the map[edit]

Maine's risk-based firearm seizure law is much more restrictive than other states in that it requires an evaluation by a medical professional recommending that firearms be seized, therefore it's widely referred to as a "Yellow Flag Law" instead of red. This is explained in the Usage section but it may be worthwhile to mark it differently on the map? Elijahr241 (talk) 00:19, 21 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
