Request to unblock ‘Pankhuri Awasthy’ in this page to Create her Wikipedia Article

I wanted to make the ‘Pankhuri Awasthy’ link in this Wikipedia page unprotected so that I can create her Wikipedia page, showing details of her life & achievement. Currently, when I click on the link of her name in the above mentioned Wiki link, it shows that page doesn’t exist. And it can’t be made to exist with the same name as the name is protected in this Wikipedia page URL. So, please either make her name ‘Linkless’ in this article or other required change so as to allow creation of her Wiki article.
