Original Raymond Lavigne[edit]

Untitled[edit]

Someone put this on the article page. I figured I would move it here

Another Raymond Lavigne is named as the person who moved at the first congress of Second International held in Paris a resolution to commemmorate May Day. However following the lead given there in wikipedia article on May Day, this name was reached. The two have no connections whatsover. It is advisable that some one give the brief history of the original Raymond Lavigne who moved the resolution on May Day at 1889 at Paris.
