This needs to be updated. He is no longer CFP(R)(I cannot find him athttp://www.cfp.net/utility/find-a-cfp-professional/Results/ , no longer Registered Investment Advisor (http://www.adviserinfo.sec.gov/IAPD/Content/ViewIndvl/IAPD_IndvlSummary.aspx?SearchGroup=Individual&FirmKey=-1&BrokerKey=1073284&Indvl_PK=1073284 ) He was banned from the Securities Industry http://www.sandiegoreader.com/weblogs/news-ticker/2013/jul/08/radios-ray-lucia-banned-from-securities-industry/
