Name?[edit]

There are quite a few discrepancies over what the name for this lifeboat is. The article title uses "Forester’s Centenary", while "Forester’s Centenary", "Foresters' Centenary" and "Foresters Centenary" are used in the article. National Historic Ships uses Foresters Centenary, while Sheringham lifeboat station uses Foresters' Centenary. The deciding factor would seem to be the lifeboat herself, which clearly has "Foresters Centenary" on her hull. To show that this is not the result of some later restoration, a contemporary picture of the lifeboat in service shows her with the same "Foresters Centenary", with no apostrophe, on her hull. Unless there are objections, or more compelling evidence, a move can be done. 82.39.49.182 (talk) 17:00, 31 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I completely agree, and have moved the article. Chris the speller yack 20:03, 8 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
