OK, thank you for informing my about the orphan article. I will amend this.

The front page of the books says 'No parts of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior permission of the publisher.' I thought it was wise to seek permission.
