This page should have a "Critics" section. It only presents the point of view in favor of the idea that social sciences and quantum physics can be linked and the writing reflects the defense of this point of view. Essay[edit]

Part of the article is a mislead essay that attempts to convince the reader in WP's voice that low level physics are not really physics (or material), etc. It then attempts to explain unconvincingly why or how unrelated observations and concepts in subatomic physics might somehow apply to sociology (the topic, but it needs work). —Paleo Neonate – 18:59, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The first part of this comment seems to refer to a sentence in the section on core ideas. I have corrected it to make clear that the statement about materialism refers to the social sciences, not "low level physics", and refers to a paper written by a prominent social scientist. The second part of the comment says that the article is "unconvincing". The aim of the article is not to convince the reader, it is to give a compact, referenced introduction to a growing field. The flag states that the article reads like a personal reflection or essay; I dispute this, there are no phrases which express a personal opinion.
