Reference for Qasemabad's elevation from village to city status[edit]

This article needs a reference to show that Qasemabad village became a city. The only reference located is from a website page that is difficult to access (hyperlink removed): https:// moi.ir/fa/%D8%A7%D8%AE%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B1/154187. The Google snippet reads "... با توجه به مطالعات کارشناسی با پیشنهاد آن استانداری مبنی بر تبدیل روستای قاسم آباد مرکز بخش کلاتان شهرستان بمپور به شهر، موافقت می شود." Translated into English: "According to the expert studies, the governor's proposal to turn the village of Qasemabad, the center of Kalatan District of Bampur County, into a city is agreed."
