Consent to prosecution in NI[edit]

Article said consent of A-G necessary, but the Act does not say this.

Repeal[edit]

I've removed the line that says the act has been repealed, for three reasons:

The infobox has the act's status as 'amended',
The Bribery Act 2010 repeals all previous statues referring to bribery, but this act covers more than just bribery, and
In today's news, the police are planning to act under this law; Scotland Yard wouldn't be arresting people under this law if it had been repealed.
