I must also say that it is absolutely not true that the airport in Poprad is called Tatry-Poprad. It is Poprad-Tatry, as well as the railway station in this town. Frank

Territorial division picture[edit]

The picture in the above section (with Gerlachovský Peak on the right), mislabeled "Panorama of High Tatras viewed from Poprad", is not relevant to the entry on Poprad, the view is not from Poprad. Compare it, e.g., to the views Tatry z Popradu and Pohľad z Popradu na Vysoké Tatry with Gerlachovský Peak on the left. Carca220nne (talk) 20:17, 26 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You're right, it indeed isn't from Poprad. Anything from Poprad should have Gerlach Peak on the left with that cirque, but that photo has it on the right, if I'm not mistaking it with another peak. I think this photo must have been taken somewhere around 20 km west of Poprad. I'll remove it. MarkBA t/c/@ 21:05, 26 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Poprad (Slovak pronunciation: [ˈpɔprat]; Hungarian: Poprád German: Deutschendorf) is a city in northern Slovakia at the foot of the High Tatra Mountains, famous for its picturesque historic centre and as a holiday resort.
