Anonymous complaint about plot summary[edit]

An anonymous visitor injected the following commentary at the end of the first paragraph of the article's plot summary:

This plot is wrong, he bets more than Joe has on him, throws the game, and when Joe doesn't have enough money to pay, the winner has his goons beat Joe up. Joe later breaks Johnny's hand at gunpoint later in the film after robbing the pool hall owner who had him beat up in his car by hiding in the back seat with a knife.

Someone with a DVD or whatever can check it out and see if the plot summary needs adjustment. It's been too long since I've watched the film to be certain.  — SMcCandlish ¢ 😼  18:42, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
