This is for 2007, not 2006.[edit]

Just so that this does not happen again, there is no article covering the the 2006 version of this bill. This is not the place to cover the 2006 version, either. If an article is created for the 2006 version of the bill, we could make Platform Equality and Remedies for Rights Holders in Music Act a disambiguation page for both. Further Article Development[edit]

I have started this article, but I cannot do a great deal more of editing and the like on it, because I would very likely not be able to retain a NPOV on this. Therefore, if you’re able to write more for this article, please do. Mike Trausch (fd0man, Talk Page) 17:43, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

DRM[edit]

I am not so sure that I agree with the idea that DRM should be expressed as “digital rights management” with “protections” instead of “restrictions” on content. I cannot think of a situation in which DRM has enhanced—or even neutrally affected—the area around it. Then again, I am a user of GNU/Linux, and thus unable to use any DRM restricted content—at least, not legally. Mike Trausch (fd0man, Talk Page) 00:13, 17 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

'Act'?[edit]

Why is 'Act' used in the name if it is not law? Isn't it a bill until then? Likewise, why include a year? --82.36.25.115 (talk) 17:50, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
