Merge proposal[edit]

I recently expanded Palmar ligaments of metacarpophalangeal articulations and merged the result with Palmar ligaments of interphalangeal articulations into Palmar plate. Anatomically, the equivalent joints of the foot are very similar to those in the hand. I therefore propose that Plantar ligaments of metatarsophalangeal articulations and Plantar ligaments of interphalangeal articulations of foot be merged into Plantar plate. Any objections? --Fama Clamosa (talk) 19:02, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

IP joints lacking information[edit]

The article as it is now need some more work. The plantar plates are similar in both the MTP and IP joints, but most of the references I've found only mentions the MTP joints. The article thus need [more] information on the IP joints and could probably find a better structure. --Fama Clamosa (talk) 19:02, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
