Capitalization of bird names[edit]

Hello editor working from IP address 134.148.197.35. I'm confused by your recent actions. You recently put {{citation needed}} tags besides the bird names on this disambiguation page with the edit summary "Per Wikipedia:OR you need sourcing to support that claim". I assume you are referring to my quote from the Manual of Style about capitalization of species names as a "claim", so MOS:LIFE would be the source for why bird names are lower case.
