Notability, deletion - Info from the French wiki[edit]

I added the Wikipedia:BLPPROD banner, which was removed due to an anonymous French IP who just massively added references copied-pasted from the now-deleted French page. Those references have still the French wiki format.

Philippe Delorme's French page was deleted due to its clear promotional tone and policy violations. According to the French wiki rules, no valid referece was found and it was concluded by the community that many fake accounts were used to manipulate the French page.

Beyond the questionability of Delorme's notability, Delorme and some fake/friends accounts were utilised to alterate for almost two decades the French wiki. Malaga345 (talk) 19:49, 8 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Phil. I don't feel yet comfortable enough to start myself the process on the English wiki, I wanted to leave the information so perhaps skilled contributors can do what I can't. I will investigate, thanks for the link. Malaga345 (talk) 03:27, 9 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
