Past tense[edit]

This article says "was" - is it not still available? Sovereign immunity#Immunity in proceedings (UK section) suggests that it would still be viable in a claim against the Queen or her royal household. GreenReaper (talk) 14:56, 15 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
