Blue Room[edit]

Baumann's album with Paul Haslinger and John Baxter, "Blue Room", is fairly legendary because it was released only as a promo CD by Private Music and is thus extremely rare. Worth a mention? Jerry Kindall 17:43, 4 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Absolutely. From what I gather, there is a fair amount of drama surrounding the release. In fact, it has been credited with Baumann's decade-long exodus from the music industry. Production[edit]

The Dominatrix Sleeps Tonight (7" single 1983) incorporating almost unsurpassed 3d sound imaging and dynamic range as per similar-period Arthur Baker recordings.

Might be, but since this was only produced by him (if Discogs is to be believed) it doesn't belong in the discography section. Doesn't seem to warrant a separate section all by itself either, but anyone's naturally welcome to start a section on his role as a producer.

Full name correction?[edit]

According to Michael Berling at http://www.voices-in-the-net.de/ossiach_live.htm, "The Tangerine Dream line-up in the track list features Peter Baumann with his full name: Hans Peter Baumann." I thought this might be noteworthy, though I do not know if I have ever seen this full name of "Hans Peter Baumann" corroborated or listed anywhere else than on the Ossiach Live album.
